If you have Cox Cable’s Internet Security Suite installed, InqScribe may not run at all. For instance, you might double click on the InqScribe icon, and then just see an hourglass for a second, and then nothing happens.

You’ll need to uninstall the Internet Security Suite in order for InqScribe to run. Simply turning it off is apparently insufficient.
