Occasionally you need to find your preferences file– say, to delete corrupted preferences, or to email it to Inquirium Customer Support for debugging.
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\InqScribe\
Notes:
If the Application Data folder is not visible in your user folder, you will have to change your Windows Folder Options (Control Panel > Folder Options) to “Show Hidden Files and Folders.”
Make sure InqScribe is not running when you delete this file.
Deleting the InqScribe Preferences file will erase any shortcuts you have already created, so if you are able to see them now you may want to take note of them before deleting the preferences file.
Note that the AppData folder is normally a hidden folder. Make sure you've told Vista to show hidden files and folders, or you may not see AppData.
