There are a number of things to try:
Try deleting the following files from your Users:yourname:Library:Preferences folder:
IMPORTANT: Make sure you still have your license code written down somewhere before you do this, as you'll need to re-enter your code.
Then start InqScribe again. Occasionally the preferences files can get corrupted.
Create another user on your machine (or if you already have another user on your machine, log out and log back in as that user). Then try starting InqScribe. If InqScribe starts, then the problem is likely some kind of file corruption or conflict in your system, and not a problem with InqScribe per se.
If InqScribe works when you’re logged in as a different user, then you’ll likely need to re-install your system.
